Of course they are; no doubt about it. Imagine designer robots with all personality traits that you’re dying to have in your friends. This will be cool. You don’t have to actually join the protest march. Just feed in the slogans you want it to chant and unleash. These machines can be really helpful in guiding kids, teaching them tricks in all innovative ways possible. These are capable of bringing a new science revolution. We can send them to Africa and other developing/under-developed countries to impart education and create awareness. Truly, we need more of these Emotibots - a perfect replacement for humans.

Yes I think so. At least they won’t break anyone’s heart nor they can ever fall ill or die and can love you as a parent, friend and even a lover for as long as you wish to. They won’t grow old either. Great gadget to have actually.

Does anyone watch Battlestar Galactica? The Cylons are what that comes closest to a perfect robot. If you watched that, you would never want robots with a higher intelligence than a dog perhaps. Better get a pet.

Perhaps a good idea if they can be programmed to perform duties as the society would like to. For example we can program a robot to run housing societies, municipal corporations, districts, states and even countries. There would be no corruption then.... LOLz....
