Iranian nuclear program has become a bone of contention for the west and hostile Iranian neighbors. All the quid pro quo, sanctions, and pressure to stop Iran pursue nuclear warhead have proved futile. Now, the US comes with a strategic measure to protect its allies with “Nuclear Umbrella”.
The US would extend its ‘defense umbrella’ across the Middle East to defend its allies against a nuclear-armed Iran
This is what Hillary Clinton, the Secretary of State, was quotes as saying on her visit to Thailand. So, will US measure to equip its allies with nuclear technology safeguard them against hostile Iran? Or will it provide a spark to powder keg in the conflict afflicted Mideast to blast off?

Tehran,
Iran
It's a dangerous game being played by the US. It will further destabilize the Middle East.

Recently US and Russia agreed to reduce the nuclear arms. Is this the way how US plans to reduce the nuclear arms?

I doubt if Obama will found any trustworthy ally in Middle East except Israel and Israel is already capable of dealing with Iranian threat. So which one country is US going to arm against Iran?

This would, of course, also be defending those countries against Israel’s nuclear weapons...
This is an exercise in soft-power. Every defence system provided by the USA is also a lever, a bargaining chip, for the US to use when they want to apply pressure.

I am quite sure that Middle Eastern countries will use this against the Israel. For these countries Iran is not a threat but it's the Israel.
