Is prostitution promotion a violation of human dignity?

No field seems untouched by the recession. Economic downturn has knelt the world’s oldest business: prostitution. The flat-rate sex promotions by brothel owners in a bid to revive trade have started a controversy in Germany where prostitution is legal and generally well-tolerated. The conservatives have expressed their disgust at the innovation. They deem it ‘outrageous violation of human dignity and an immoral development which is anti-society’. Is it so, particularly in a country where such promotions are not forbidden by law?

It's really amazing that how conservatives get upset over the issue of prostitution? Why can't women have sex for whatever reason they want - including money?

Can any body define human dignity? Is it not the violation of human dignity when you don't have the adequate sources to live a dignified life?

It's disgusting and immoral. It's disgusting for the state as the prostitutes are there in this business out of compulsion. It shows the government'
s inability to provide them jobs so that they could live respectable life.

In a country where it is legal and well tolerated , why should there be any problem?
