IPL moves to SA: Has it deteriorated India's image with respect to internal security?

Moving IPL out of India is surely a bad decision. However, it’s more a haphazard decision with by reckless BCCI officials who decided to move to South Africa to hold the tournament than a question mark on Indian security system. It is quite understandable that during the election time all the state or central security machineries will be involved in guarding the election process, even than such a decision will put question mark on BCCI’s credentials than security system. IPL could wait for two months or so, not the franchise. Even it is clear with the decision how much the BCCI respects Indian policies and democratic process, but only their self interests. I wonder if govt. will do something in this regard. Is there none who could curb the stubbornness of BCCI officials who cares a fig about India and its political system? There is stern need to curb such activities because IPL is not bigger than the country. Or is it?
